Like its sister ship, the Oasis of the Seas, the Allure of the Seas was named by a contest winner, and its moniker does not disappoint. The ship accommodates more than 5,000 guests and boasts 18 decks of fun. Guests will be treated to seven themed areas onboard, including the “Boardwalk,” which features restaurants, shops and carnival games, and “Central Park,” a park filled with lush vegetation, seasonal flowers and a canopy of trees. Allure of the Seas is also home to the Pool and Sports Zone, featuring a sloped-entry pool and FlowRider wave simulators; the AquaTheater, an amphitheater at the stern of the ship; a spa and fitness center; the DreamWorks® Experience and Youth Zone, with activities and entertainment for children and teens; and the cruise industry’s first onboard zip line and carousel. Evening entertainment includes Broadway’s global smash hit, “Mamma Mia." Guests will also find 28 loft suites onboard. These bi-level suites come equipped with LCD televisions, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and separate vanity areas. They also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, promising guests unparalleled views.
